Pondicherry Pant - Handwoven Kala Cotton - Fine Stripe

A fun wide leg pant with slightly cropped hem. Complete with an elastic waist and side pockets - comfortable, versatile, and great for layering. 

Made with beautiful handwoven kala cotton cloth. Kala cotton is indigenous to the Kachchh region of India. It is highly sustainable and organic by nature, as farmers do not need to use any pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. All it needs to thrive is one monsoon a year. The final product is a desirable cotton with a natural fleck that softens with every wash.

A Note on Fit:

• Comfortable and roomy fit.

Small: waist 27-30" / hip up to 42" / length 35"/ rise 16.5". (size 6-10)

Medium: waist 30-34" / hip up to 46" / length 37"/ rise 16.5". (size 10-14)

Large: waist 32-42" / hip up to 50" / length 39"/ rise 16.5". (size 14-18)

*Elastic measures 48" when fully stretched out

Care Instructions: Your garment can be gently machined or hand washed with cool water. To protect the natural dyes and natural fabric you absolutely must use a pH neutral liquid detergent. Wash with similar colours. Immediately hang to dry. 

Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan, Tru Earth or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7

- Tru Earth must dissolve completely in water before adding garments to wash
