Bhujodi - Handspun Cotton Shawl - Indigo Architecture

A beautifully textured handwoven shawl from master weavers in the Kachchh desert of India. There are lovely little flecks in the cotton, due to each thread being handspun and tiny pieces of cotton plant material becoming incorporated. This shawl features supplemental weft weaving with indigo dyed thread and tassels on the borders. A large, soft shawl to wrap around you for warmth and sheltering.

Fibre: 100% Organic Kala Cotton.

Process: Yarns naturally dyed by hand, handspun and handwoven by village artisans in Kachchh, India.

Size is approx. 36" x 88" (91cm x 223cm)

Note: This handwoven piece is one of a kind.
