Andhra Shirt - Handwoven Cotton - Heritage

A softly tailored shirt designed with a button and tie front.  Thoughtfully detailed with a nehru collar, elongated cuffs, and a drawstring bodice that may be worn loose or gathered to shape.

Handwoven from organic cotton, this cloth begins with individually thread-dyed yarns that are carefully woven together to create a subtle checkered pattern rich in depth and variation. Lightweight and soft, the cotton feels gentle against the skin and will continue to soften with wear. Thoughtfully made in small batches, this textile celebrates the beauty of traditional craftsmanship.

A note on fit:

• Fits narrow across the shoulders
• Flowing through the waist and hips

Small/Medium: Fits up to 44" at the chest / up to 50" around the hips / 31" from shoulder seam to hem

Medium/Large: Fits up to 48" at the chest / up to 50" around the hips / 32" from shoulder seam to hem

Model: Sophia is 5’11” bust: 36”, waist: 28”, hip: 40” wearing a size small/ medium

Care Instructions: Your garment can be gently machined or hand washed with cool water. To protect the natural dyes and natural fabric you absolutely must use a pH neutral liquid detergent. Wash with similar colours. Immediately hang to dry.

Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan, Tru Earth or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7

- Tru Earth must dissolve completely in water before adding garments to wash
