Misty Fuse - Sheer Black Web

Mistyfuse® is the environmentally-friendly fusible appliqué web—acid-free and made in a green industrial park here in the USA, without solvents or harsh chemicals, and without body modifiers or blow additives. It’s been extruded to an ultra-fine web for a stay-soft, strong bond without adding bulk. It will never gum up your needles. Mistyfuse is suitable for a wide variety of fabrics. Washable (warm) and dry cleanable.

Mistyfuse is inert, has resistance to moisture, and most importantly Mistyfuse is made without industrial additives commonly found in fusible fabrics such as solvents, blow additives, and body modifiers. And NO surface adhesives are added to gum up needles and then become brittle over time. Mistyfuse does not off-gas when ironed. The structure of Mistyfuse's engineered true-web allows it to handle like fabric and be breathable. Instead of holes from stitching, this web melts into and becomes entwined with the fibers of fused fabrics—also impeding the passage of virus particles.

Black is great for darker fabrics and a whole lot more. It takes fabric dyes and dry pigments very well, yielding a rich pure color even with light colors, and can be used in many ways for surface design too. (Hint: Add color to the Mistyfuse first, then fuse as usual.)
