Mausami Dress - Organic Cotton - Night Petals
The sweetest summer dress - simple sleeveless shift with back buttons and pleat detail. Slim and clean lines.
Part of the beauty of Ajrakh cloth lies in fact that each block is placed by the artisan’s hand - what is left behind is an imprint of the personality and character of the block printer. Slight variegations are to be celebrated.

- 100% organic cotton - light to medium weight.
- Hand block printed and naturally dyed black - warm undertone.
- Buttons down back.
- Pockets.
- French seams.
- Sewn at the Maiwa Studio in India.
A Note on Fit:
- true to size - more on the petite side.
Small: bust up to 35” / hip up to 44” / length 42.5" from shoulder seam to hem.
Medium: bust up to 38” / hip up to 46” / length 44” from shoulder seam to hem.
Large: bust up to 40” / hip up to 48” / length 45” from shoulder seam to hem.
Model: Sacha is 5' 11" bust: 33", waist: 29", hip: 39" wearing a size medium.
Care Instructions: Your fabric can be gently machine or hand washed with cool water. To protect the natural dyes you absolutely must use a pH neutral liquid detergent. Wash with similar colours. Immediately hang to dry or tumble dry on medium heat.
Some natural dyes are sensitive to citrus.
Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan, Tru Earth or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7
- Tru Earth must dissolve completely in water before adding garments to wash
