Bhujodi - Wool & Silk Shawl - Red Clay

A fine wool and silk shawl from master weavers in the Kachchh Desert of India. This piece is handwoven and features wild tussar silk in the supplemental weft designs. Small shisha mirrors are embroidered along the borders and throughout the whole body of this shawl - they catch the light beautifully. A perfect combination of wool and silk to keep you cozy in any season.

Fibre: Merino wool with supplementary design in tussar silk.

Process:  Handwoven by master craftspeople in Kachchh, India.

Size is approx. 38" x 86"

Care Instructions: Hand wash in cool water. To protect the natural fabric you absolutely must use a pH neutral liquid detergent. Roll in a towel to remove excess water and hang to dry. 

Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan, or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7
