Bhujodi - Wool Shawl - Desert Night

A fine handwoven wool and wild silk shawl from master weavers in the Kutch desert of India. This classic, elegant shawl features tussar silk in the supplemental weft work at the borders in which the pattern is picked up, thread by thread on the loom. The hand tied tassels are also wrapped with tussar silk. A perfect combination of wool and silk to keep you cozy and warm while looking sharp.

Process:  Handwoven by master craftspeople in Kachchh, India.

Size is approx. 38" x 88"

Care Instructions: Hand wash in cool water. To protect the natural fabric we recommend using a pH neutral liquid detergent. Roll in a towel to remove excess water and hang to dry. 

Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan, or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7
