A fine shawl of incredible handwork with both airy drape and extraordinary warmth. Handspun and handwoven by master weavers of Kashmir Loom using the softest pashmina, combed from the Changra goats that live in the high altitudes of Northern India. The purest form of cashmere, pashmina is justly famous for its warmth, softness, and luxurious comfort. This shawl is a partial double weave design woven with shimmery metallic thread - each side is unique.

Kashmir Loom was founded by Jenny Housego, Asaf Ali, and his brothers in Srinagar. With a belief in preserving the rich heritage of the region while fostering progress, their work exemplifies exquisite beauty, quality, and artistic innovation. Each piece bears the embroidered signature of Kashmir Loom.

Fibre: 80% Pashmina Wool & 20% Metallic.

Process: Handspun & handwoven double weave by master weavers in Northern India.

Size is approx. 44" x 90"

Care Instructions: Hand wash in cool water. To protect the natural fibres you absolutely must use a pH neutral liquid detergent. Roll in a towel to remove excess water and hang to dry. 

Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan, or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7.
