Bhujodi - Wool & Silk Shawl - Ocean Gem

A fine wool and wild tussar silk shawl from master weavers in the Kachchh Desert of India. This piece is handwoven and features supplemental weft designs in which the pattern is created thread by thread on the loom. The hand tied tassels are also wrapped with tussar silk. A perfect combination of wool and silk to keep you cozy in any season.
Fibre: Merino wool & Tussar Silk.
Process: Handwoven by master craftspeople in Kachchh, India.
Size is approx. 40" x 92"
Care Instructions: Hand wash in cool water. To protect the natural fabric you absolutely must use a pH neutral liquid detergent. Roll in a towel to remove excess water and hang to dry.
Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan, or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7
