The Chandigarh Shirt offers a dramatic sleeve with button cuffs, two patch pockets at the bust and a cut that highlights the drape of this lovely cotton. Styles open or closed, long or tucked in, this piece is sure to become a favourite in your wardrobe. 

Made with beautiful handspun and handwoven kala cotton cloth. Kala cotton is indigenous to the Kachchh region of India. It is highly sustainable and organic by nature, as farmers do not need to use any pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. All it needs to thrive is one monsoon a year. The final product is a desirable cotton with a natural fleck that softens with every wash.

Care Instructions: Hand wash only in cool water. To protect the natural dyes and natural fabric you absolutely must use a pH neutral liquid detergent. Roll in a towel to remove excess moisture and hang to dry.

Some natural dyes are sensitive to citrus.

Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan, Tru Earth or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7

- Tru Earth must dissolve completely in water before adding garments to wash
