Calico Top - Handwoven Kala Cotton - Indigo Echo

A free spirited, single tiered top with ease and flow. This version has a thoughtfully placed selvedge detail along the sleeve cuffs and bottom of the shirt. Features three-quarter length sleeves and feels so good on the body. 

Made with beautiful handwoven kala cotton cloth. Kala cotton is indigenous to the Kachchh region of India. It is highly sustainable and organic by nature, as farmers do not need to use any pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. All it needs to thrive is one monsoon a year. The final product is a desirable cotton with a natural fleck that softens with every wash.

A note on fit:

• Flowing, easy fit.

Small: bust up to 36" / length 22" from shoulder seam to hem.

Medium: bust up to 40" / length 23" from shoulder seam to hem.

Large: bust up to 44" / length 24" from shoulder seam to hem.

Model: Kaylah is 5’9” bust: 36”, waist 30”, hip 41” wearing a size medium.

Care Instructions: Your garment can be gently machined or hand washed with cool water. To protect the natural dyes and natural fabric you absolutely must use a pH neutral liquid detergent. Wash with similar colours. Immediately hang to dry.

Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan, Tru Earth or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7

- Tru Earth must dissolve completely in water before adding garments to wash
