Studio Jacket - Handspun & Handwoven Cotton - Soft Indigo

Inspired by great artist's jackets of the past, this heavy-weight cotton shirt layers beautifully and can be worn as a jacket too.  We love this piece for the long creative hours spent in the studio and for pretty much everything else that has us rolling up our sleeves to get the job done! Designed for all genders. 

Made from exquisite artisan cloth; handspun, naturally dyed & handwoven by village artisans in Bengal. By dyeing the cotton threads before weaving, the warp and weft combine to create a rich colour with a unique depth and shade. This cloth celebrates the handcraft and skill of the dyers and weavers who created it.

One size: up to 54” (137cm) around the body,  35” (89cm) in length at front, 38" (96cm) in length at back

Model: Amber is 5’11” bust: 36", waist: 30", hip: 41" wearing a one size. 

Model: Christina is 5’7” bust: 49", waist: 47", hip: 55" wearing a one size. 

Care Instructions: Your fabric can be gently machine or hand washed with cool water. To protect the natural dyes you absolutely must use a pH neutral liquid detergent. Wash with similar colours.  Immediately hang to dry or tumble dry on medium heat. 

Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan, Tru Earth or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7

- Tru Earth must dissolve completely in water before adding garments to wash
