Fabric - Bengal Handweaves - Linen & Wool - Natural


A lovely heavyweight cloth made from a wool warp and linen weft. This gorgeous artisan cloth has been handwoven by village artisans in Bengal. The natural golden sheen of the linen pairs beautifully with the ivory wool. It works great for heavier garments such as coats, jackets and cushion covers. This fabric is also used in our clothing line.

Care Instructions: Handwash with cool water and use a pH neutral liquid detergent. Wash with similar colours. Roll in a towel to remove excess water and lay flat or hang to dry. 

Recommended detergents: Ecos, Eucalan or a mild liquid detergent no higher than pH 7
